HoCo farmer markets return this week

 

    One of those welcome signs of Spring is the return of the farmers markets to Howard County.  This week they return to a four locations. Visit the Farmers' Market at Miller Branch on Wednesday afternoons from 2 pm to 6 pm and East Columbia Branch on Thursday afternoons from 2 pm to 6 pm.. Add in the market at Howard County General Hospital on Fridays from 2 pm-6 pm and the one at the Oakland Mills Village Center on Sundays from 9 am to 1 pm and you have plenty of  opportunities to select from the finest in locally grown fruits, vegetables, fresh herbs, and cider. Also find baked goods, cut flowers, and bedding and vegetable plants for gardens.
